I love Football season;  something about watching small town football really makes me appreciate life.  You see a lot of attitudes out on that field...

1. Determination
2. Focus
3. Confidence

All of these are good to have!  The best part though is watching them run their plays knowing that they have practiced many hours before they game ever took place.  They are working together as a team...as a family!

 

Do they get frustrated sometimes when they are down by a couple touchdowns?  Of course but they stick together and keep doing what they have learned at practice!  The big thing is....

They NEVER give up!

They support each other and keep on fighting!  Being at the game tonight showed me a big lesson that I didn't even think I needed to learn.....

This year I have become a Para at our locale Primary School...I love it!  It gives my family a little extra and lets me be with my kids on their days off!  I have great hours so it will allow a lot more time for Nerium which will soon replace my need for a "Job"....My issue lately is part of my condition of being hired is I have to stay on with my old position until it is properly filled.  So I am basically working two "Jobs"...I let it get to me a little to much today and while at the game tonight I kept thinking....

"I just need to keep my head in the game and look at the bigger picture"  

I needed to get back to my optimistic self!

 

You see normally I am known as a "cheerleader" very peppy and always in a positive mood!  I try to always look on the bright side of things.  When things go differently as planned I just shift and go another way.  

Well I am back to my focused and peppy me!  I know what my bigger picture is and I can see it clearly now!  Sometimes life is bumpy and messy and when you feel like you are falling you need to know that you are part of a team!  Much like a Football team or a Cheer team....you are not alone!  My bigger picture is Nerium and they are an amazing team;  I know when I have any doubts they have the ability to give me that "Pep Talk" to get me back in the game!  I am so happy to know that Nerium is my future and I can see it clearly.

Okay my peeps, I am gonna make you see the hard facts here in this post!  You my be nodding your head at the end of this saying...

"Wow! that's true, I never thought of it that way!"

No worries though; I am all about making people understand that NeriumAD and Nerium Day Cream is amazing and the price is pretty hot as well!  Okay now lets read! :)

How many of us are willing to go to a cheap Salon to let someone who is probably still learning how to cut hair...touch our silky strands with their scissors?  Probably very few!  In fact I bet you make an appointment at a place that you trust.  Don't worry I am not telling you not to do that!  I make my appointments, because I want a great haircut!  I pay more than ten dollars as well...I even sometimes splurge and let them wash my hair and dry it before I leave!  Is it because I do not know how to wash or dry my hair?  Of course not; I just like to get pampered every once in a while.  Plus I like my hair and I know I deserve to have a awesome hair cut!  I know this isn't just me though, I know people who will spend hundreds on the cut and products every month!

It's not all about our silky manes though...Nails is a biggie for a lot of my friends.  This can get pricey; OOOH but it looks so GOOOOD!!!  Weekly mani and pedi's add up my friends!  I understand it though; I love having the pretty nails and not having to do it myself!  It is hard to paint the left hand without mistakes!  We make time and money for this because we like our nails to be beautiful!

How about our make-up?  You see this is a fun one; because you have your "day" look and your "night" look depending on your plans!  Why would we want to use the cheap make-up that fades or worse makes our faces break out?  Young or old us girls like to look our best and make-up is a fun way to do that!  When you add it all up you have a pretty pricey make-up kit sitting in your bathroom!  

I don't know about you but this seems to enter my mind a lot....I DON"T HAVE ANYTHING TO WEAR!  This has started coming out of my 13 year old daughters mouth as well.  Is it really that we don't have anything to wear or is it that we just want something different?  You see we all spend extra money (more than we care to admit) on things for our appearance.  So why when you hear of a skin care treatment that can take years off your skin and help you age flawlessly...you freak out saying...

"It costs $80.00 a month!?!?! For my face?!?!?"

Ummm, sorry news flash you spend that and more on your nails, hair, clothes and make-up all the time!  Why not spend it on one product that will change your skin forever? Don't be afraid of failure!

What good does being worried do for us?  All it does is amplify those negative feelings...I really feel though this is why so many of our dreams get buried!  We try something new and we are scared it might not work, right from the start we are being negative!  Why not look at those set backs as new opportunities?  When I first talked to someone about Nerium and they were really interested; I got excited because I knew how great of a product it was (is)!!  They then ask where do you purchase it?  I got really excited and said....

"From me!  I actually sell it you cannot get it in stores."

Then all of a sudden they backed away...They told me is was a scam and I was being roped into a "bad deal."  I would like to tell you that I told them they were wrong and went on with my bad self!  Unfortunately it went the other way...I told them that they were wrong and it was a great product.  However what they did not know was that my confidence was damaged; I decided I would not talk to anyone else and just use the product myself and then try again after I knew it was awesome!  I was wrong from the start!  I was scared and when I got the first or should I say second negative comment (because the first was from me), I caved and slowed down and kept it to myself, for fear of rejection!  Guess what?  I am happy to say that "me" is HISTORY!  I am so much more confident; I have read "The Slight Edge" and now "The Happiness Advantage"  and I am realizing that everything and everyone hits some type of negative static along the way to success!  Nerium is the company I know that will make my dreams come true; not only mine but my families!!!  It could be that way for you too!  Just look at the pictures I put on with this post...can you imagine the what would happen if they let these simple failures take over?  I can't and I wont let my simple road blocks keep me away from what I know is in my future!  Nerium All The Way...BA BAM!!!!

Crisp Fall air is almost here!

"An Autumn Day"

Pumpkins in the cornfields,

I love living in Kansas; I am the girl who truly loves all seasons.  Here we get a taste of everything Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall!  As Summer came to an end I was excited to feel the chilly mornings creep up on us and our warm days turn cozy at night!  What I didn't love so much about the cooler temperatures was the tole it took on my skin.  Dryness is never a lovely feeling on my skin...All that stopped when I started using NeriumAD a couple years ago and now with the new Nerium Day Cream, my skin always feels so hydrated!  I love it!!!  I am ready for Fall; bring on the jackets, scarfs, falling leaves, and crisp morning air!  As long as I have my NeriumAD and Nerium Day Cream I am good to go!

NeriumAD gave me 10+ years back!!!!

Most of the time years creep up on you and before you know it you have wrinkles where there used to be none.  Jon and I were High School sweethearts...we met and immediately started spending most of our free time with each other!  I think both of us knew pretty early that we were meant to be!  I am so lucky to have him in my life; he is my best friend and an excellent Daddy!  The picture below is of the both of us after about 2 years of dating! 

About 6 years after dating we decided to tie the knot!!  It is a day that I will always remember; I had the Wedding of my dreams!  Outside, fall weather with twinkling lights...we woke up to a thunderstorm that day but it cleared up just in time!  I was pretty young here 21 years old so I didn't have many skin problems pores were my one and only issue.  

Our life has changed so much since High School but all in good ways!  We are still completely in love and he is still very much my best friend!  God blessed us with 3 children who are a good mix between us!  I am now 31 and my husband 32; I have been using NeriumAD for 2 years now and it has made my pores so small that they are unnoticeable.  My laugh lines on my forehead are much smoother and can barely be seen at all!  Nerium says give us a year and they will give you 10...well these pictures prove that it is TRUE!  From the day time we started dating until now 16 years have past!  My skin is so much more healthier at 31 than it was  at 15, all thanks to NeriumAD!!!

You think we are sisters? That's funny!

31 years old!

Okay so here is my story....I have always thought I looked young when I am around my 13 year old daughter.  Truth is I am; God gave her to me and my Husband early in life!  For most this would be considered a bad thing but to be perfectly honest it was the BEST thing that has happened in both our lives!  She is a blessing each and every day! No matter how young we may have started we are awesome parents and I know that's why God trusted us to be her parents!  Anyway back to the point of this blog!  A little less then 2 years ago I started using NeriumAD, my skin was tired looking and even though I was only 29... I looked 29 years old!  Gradually I would get comments on how young I looked when around my daughter because they thought we were sisters!  I figured since I was 17 when I had her that's was why they said it.  More and more this would happen then one day someone at a check out line thought we were sisters and we both laughed and said "no I am her Mom"  The lady looked flabbergasted (she was probably younger than me also) she went on to say "that's crazy you guys look only 5 years apart!"  That would make me about 18 years old in her eyes and at that point in my life I was 30!!!  NeriumAD and now with the new Nerium Day Cream is giving my skin a real change!  I look young, glowing, and relaxed EVERYDAY!  I get to choose if I want to wear make-up or not and not worry about looking tired if I don't!  By the way today is a no make-up day!!

So you heard about Nerium on The View?

Nerium is taking off in a BIG way!  I told you NeriumAD was going to be mentioned on The View and I bet some of you tuned in...but I also bet a lot of you did not.  SHAME!  Lucky for you i will give you the recap... I know, I know your welcome!

Tammy's 90 day Nerium results!

"As a 53 year old triathlete, I am competing in my first 70.3 Hlaf-Ironman this year. I want to look as young as I feel. When I look younger, I feel more confident and preform better. Stop the excuses!

Growing up you had a lot of ideas on how you wanted your life to turn out...I for one wanted to work at McDonalds when I was little because I loved their french fries (I still do)!  Then when I was a teen I dreamed of being a Marine Biologist.  My daughter wants to be a Veterinarian, my two little boys want to be a professional BMX riders!  They have their dreams; we tell them daily to hold onto those dreams because if they truly want them, I believe it could happen!  Never do you hear of someone saying they want to grow up and work long hours for someone else, in a job they hate.  Even though we don't hear people dream of this; a lot of lives turn out this way!  Yes they are making a living and earning money for themselves and their families; but what happened to your dreams?  Some people fell into the trap of making excuses...

1. I have no time to pursue my dream anymore
2. Life happened...it was time to grow up.
3. Only good things happen to the rich people.
4. I live in a small town...these things don't happen to small town people.
5. I would love to be my own boss but owning a business is to risky.
6. I am to young to own a business...I will just settle for this instead.

I am in my 30's and am just now figuring out what I want my life to look like in the future.  I have wasted a lot of time but that doesn't mean it can't happen.  I am determined to make my Nerium business set my family financially free!  I want the best for my three kiddos and more importantly I want to be present in their lives; Nerium is my new dream for that reason.  I didn't grow up rich; I watched my parents work very hard for what they gave us and I am very thankful for them!  They have been great role models; I try to do things the way my Mom and Dad taught me.  They are the reason why I found Nerium and chose to be a Brand Partner!  I know because of them anything worth having, is worth working hard for!  They have built their Nerium business in a small town like I am doing; I have watched them earn an income along with a FREE Lexus!!!  Anything is possible if you put your mind to it!  I have learned that it takes a different kind of thinking to be successful.  There is no room for excuses!  If you believe in yourself and you have the determination to not let any excuse hold you back...your possibilities are endless!
